Not bad. We enjoyed it because we went early doors for happy hour. Steaks half price and pizza 2 for 1. Would we have been happy paying full price? Probably not.... The food was nice and the steak was cooked how I asked but non of it was really worth full price for me.
Lovely place to eat or just have a drink and chat. Staff are very pleasant, food is good. I found it a little expensive but well worth a visit. You can eat inside or out. Scenery outside is worth looking at, very pleasant indeed.

Honestly - better than I expected. Comfortable bed, decent sized rooms and breakfast was reasonable. Even the shower (which looks dated) was good! Could just do with modernising a touch, but overall pleased.
I recently visited Littleover Lodge for a spot of lunch. The food was served quickly and was very tasty! The bar and dining area is also very modern and the whole place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Littleover Lodge to friends!

We were guests at a wedding celebration and were impressed by the whole event. The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The hotel proved an excellent venue with something for all ages to enjoy. Our room was great with everything needed and a good time was had by all.
We stayed at the Hallmark Mickleover Court for one night during June while attending a friend's wedding. The hotel, staff and amenities were all excellent. As a guest the wedding felt well run by attentive staff. Would gladly stay again wen visiting friends in the are

A great little pub on the edge of Derby. Its part of a chain so if you have been to another one in the series (The Broadway, Darley Abbey) then you will know what to expect. If you havent, it is a very nicely decorated pub/restaurant. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The place is always clean, and inviting. The food is always served in an acceptable time and it is always cooked well. I have tried a few things on the menu and so far I have not been disappointed. It's a pub at the end of the day and as far as pubs go, this one is a pretty good one.
Great staff. Lovely food. Reasonably priced. Nothing is to much trouble. Would recommend to anyone. Will be returning again.

Based on an experience today i booked for a poorly relative to get out of their flat and a birthday treat for her. We all fully enjoyed the food and the experience. Thanks for accommodating us and thanks especially goes to the very busy guy working so hard behind the bar, waiting on and cleaning tables, plus the kitchen staff who satisfied us all with a good meal.
Great pub, wonderful atmosphere and the food is lovely and very well priced, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Best breakfast I've had in a long time, ate again the next day with excellent consistency across the board. Well worth a visit and a bite to eat.

Lovely Very clean, very pretty, everything you need in the room plus use of a kitchen which is also very clean. Excellent service and fabulous food. Can't fault in anyway. Great location, walking distance to Derby Royal Hospital
Beautiful rooms, excellent service. really nice outdoor seated area for guests. hosts were very friendly and accommodating (we arrived back from a gig in Nottingham at 2am!) we missed breakfast after waking late but were left cereal in the kitchen area. Rock cakes were a really nice welcoming touch :) All round excellent experience, would definitely recommend to everyone!
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
