Seems a little under staffed these days ... almost as though it is being wound down for closure. ATM/cash machine just outside and automated deposit machine inside in addition to the customer counters. Free but generally busy parking.

Justin did a great job. Checked the car over the following morning and found the leak in the air con condenser within 10 minutes. Ordered the part for me and got it repaired on the Sunday morning which was really convenient. Took him about 3 hours. Job done, air con is nice and cool again. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I've been going nuts trying to help my parents fit a gas fire as there are so many factors to take into consideration. It's really not so straight forward. I called and spoke to Asif who was super helpful and gave me some sound advice. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, trustworthy and knowledgeable engineer. I used East Midlands Gas and Plumbing to service boilers and gas fires in two properties, issuing a landlord's gas safety certificate and removing some radiators in one property. All of this was carried out very thoroughly and competently with good communication. I will be using them again.

We noticed how clean & tidy Vincent was, he is very Knowledgeable; with regard to a range of topics; and in the work he undertakes. We are more than pleased; with the work Vincent has done for us; and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I had a multi challenging high tech domestic and heating task involving gas, solar, cylinders and pumps etc. all in a very small space. I could not find a heating engineer - let alone a sophisticated one till Vince rode to the rescue. Solution awesome. All sorted. - and he cleaned up impeccably!

Great local plumber in the Derby area. Responded brilliantly to an emergency and was over exactly when he said he would. Sorted out my heating and got me back up and running at a very reasonable cost (half the price of other quotes). Highly recommended, will use again.

Really, really pleased with this service, extremely professional and did far more than expected. I only asked for my chimney to be swept but in my opinion gave my ageing fire a well needed service and gave advice on things that I was totally unaware of. Quick turnaround but was a little tricky to get hold of at first!

Edmund was a very approachable and personal guy who explained all our options and made a recommendation of which sewage treatment system would best meet our needs. His quote was highly competitive. A few weeks later he came and installed it for us, bang on schedule, with the minimum of fuss. He even put in an extra piece of armoured cable for some future electrical work, without charge. He left the site tidy, and the ground flat. I would highly recommend him.

A thoroughly professional service from start to finish with none of the hard sell or a million and one terms and conditions of many other similar companies. Edmund replaced our failed system and completed the job with the minimum of fuss and disruption taking great care to reinstate the site to a high standard. Really impressed with the service I received from Inflatamania. My girlfriend just had her 50th birthday party at our local pub in South Nottingham. The theme was pink so we hired the pink and black adult bouncy castle. I cant fault anything about this company. Great product, great price, great communication and service. Delivery and collection was spot on and the delivery guys were really friendly too. Fab thank you. Would highly recommend.

Massive thanks! We hired a bungee run for a Shine party at church and I cant recommend them enough. They were staffing the bungee run and arrived in plenty of time. Top class service from booking to collection. They arrived at the time stated and rang when they were nearly here. Easy set up and even left the castle here for longer than stated at no extra charge. Using them again for my daughters party and will continue to do so and recommend others do too!

Living in a listed building that we wanted to extend and renovate we were finding hard to find someone who understood historic buildings. Designed were great they were very knowledgeable and produced designs which worked well with the old part of the house. We will be using them again next year when we want to do some more work and have given their details to a number of friends.

Really enjoyed my visit today. This is a dog and child friendly garden center with a small soft play area in the restaurant. We had soup and a cheese scone at the cafe, both were delicious. There is complimentary water in jugs that you can help yourself too and a light airy space to eat. The plants are all good quality with a price to match. There is a large range of outdoor plants, shrubs, bedding plants etc along with all the accessories you may need. A good range of garden furniture, seeds and clothes are also available along side houseplants. There is a fish centre too but we didn't look round. They even have large umbrellas available so you can explore the outside without getting drenched.

My sister and I took my elderly mother for lunch here today. The young gentleman who served us in the cafeteria, Lawrence, went out of his way to help us and we would personally like to thank him. I couldn't find any serviettes and he gladly pointed them out (even though he was probably thinking 'they're right under your nose' lol!). As my mum is not a big eater we shared a main meal and he was only too happy to supply an additional plate...and extra tartare sauce! When I went to inform him my mum was ready for her pudding he was busy serving someone else but acknowledged me and within minutes brought the pudding over to us. He is a credit to your company and I would be grateful if you could pass on our very grateful thanks to him. And....the food was lovely too!

I love homebase, their pricing is generally great for gardening related things and alright for paint. I like to wander around and do some window shopping of all the wonderful things I'd love to one day have in my home and then I'll go to the nursery and make my purchase. Sometimes it's hard to find a worker for help but once you do they're very knowledgeable and get you to the right place.

Very few staff on duty for advice. The younger staff don't have much idea of general maintenance plus the store was a little untidy with lots of goods on the floor causing trip and slip hazards

Awesome experience. The salon was recommended by my friend. Great haircut by Becky at very affordable price. The first time a stylist did not try to convince me to have hair wash (as I did it this morning) and blow dry. I only asked for haircut and it was respected. It will be my hair salon for good.

Thank you all so much for taking such good care of Basil. He's come back happy, well fed and full of love and fun. It means so much knowing that Basil is being cared for by people who obviously love and respect my dog. It takes all the worry out if leaving him, allowing me to relax and enjoy my own holiday. Basil loves spending his holidays at Longcroft and looks on it as a second home. 🐾🐾🐾

Nice but small library just behind the Mickleover community centre. Very helpful staff. Closed Mondays, Wednesdays and sundays. Often have older books on sale. Audio books too. Free car park just 30 seconds WALK!

Modern library, with a good range of books. Not as quiet as the library in the city centre.

Jon photographed our wedding at Callow Hall, Ashbourne in May 2018 and he did such a fantastic job!! We really can't thank him enough, he documented our wedding story perfectly! His natural style was exactly what we wanted, if I'm honest I'm not really sure where he was most of the time yet the shots he captured were in the midst of the action. He is a very approachable person who interacted with our guests, we had comments from them on how lovely he was. He also helped to guide the day together with the hotel staff, this was much appreciated and it is clear he is very experienced at wedding photography. It is also obvious how passionate Jon is about photography and this really puts you at ease. He gave us the choice of going into the fields for more 'arty farty' shots, really glad we did as the pics are ace - we liked the fact he gave us a choice and was conscious of pulling us away from our guests. He edited and sent the photos to us very quickly. Bottom line - if you want a friendly photographer who will create your wedding story in a 'as it happens', natural way, choose Newton Photography. Just marvellous! Jon is a kind and thoughtful photographer who carefully listened to what we wanted for our wedding photos. He was calm and we instantly warmed to him at our first meeting. On the wedding day itself he was the most energetic person of the whole day, running around and continually snapping wonderful photographs. He was not at all intrusive yet managed to capture stunning photos which catalogued the whole day. Our wedding photos are beautiful, he is extremely talented and a really nice guy!

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with our wedding photographer, Jenny from Indigo+Violet. Our photographs really show the story of our wedding and capture the energy of the day. Jenny was merticulous in her preparation for the day. She asked me lots of questions that really got me thinking about what we wanted from the day and the photos. Jenny took the time to get to know us, which helped her to capture our wedding so well and tell the story of our day. She visited the venue beforehand to check the angles and lighting and meet the wedding planner. We had a second shooter, which I would recommend because it was really nice to see shots taken from different angles, and it meant that more of our guests were captured on the candid shots. On Jenny's advice we kept formal photos to a minimum and had lots of candid shots. This meant that on the day, we hardly noticed the photographs being taken, and we got a very true record of the day. There were lots of photos of people laughing, which is exactly what we like to remember from the day. Jenny had lots of great advice that we really appreciated. She's seen so many weddings, so her tips are well worth listening to! I can't recommend Indigo+Violet enough, if you want a very personal service from someone who cares about capturing the energy of your day.

Jenny was our wedding photographer and she was just perfect!! Throughout the process she really took the time to get to know us, find out what our day was about and what was important to us. The pre wedding shoot was another great opportunity to get to know each other and for us to get used to being photographed, we felt very grateful it was included in our package as it helped us relax on the big day itself. But most importantly, Jenny's photos captured our day in a way that is unique to her but really told our story. Her photos are fun, vibrant, natural and most of all, breathtakingly beautiful! We have had so many well deserved compliments from our family and friends! I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough, the service (along with some lovely personal touches along the way), experience on the day and of course the photographs themselves are brilliant. My only problem now is choosing my favourite photos to display!!

Colin was punctual and efficient. He sourced a replacement part for my (discontinued) boiler quickly and kept me informed at all stages. I would definitely recommend him.

Services from Murfins Plumbing and Heating have been excellent. We had a whole heating system refurb, including replacing the boiler and moving it to the loft and putting in new radiators. They guys were professional and respectful. They left the house in a good standard everyday and communicated regularly with us during the whole process. I would highly recommend - so much so I've had them out again to do other work.

After having various problems with our boiler we called Murfins who arranged to visit us within 2 days of the call. Aiden was very competent in the repair and the house has never been so warm! He gave us some great advice and reassurance. I would definitely recommend.

I have been taking my 2 dogs there for about a year now. Doctor is very honest, does not waste time on pep talk and gets to the point quickly. I am the same and know it is not always welcomed. We are happy so far with his advice and attitude. We are adults and do not need pat on the back every time our pawkids get ill. Tuff! Kids get ill! Our youngest had operation on his paw. This went well and despite being in awkward place, ripping his stitches all healed well. Reception staff - always busy but friendly and helpful!

Best Vet we have ever used his bedside manner with our Chihuhuas is simply brilliant. I cannot understand some of the 1 sar reviews it is not the Abdul we know & love.

Friendly and helpful, the prices are competitive and the staff at the desk is happy to answer any related questions and supply pamphlets with further information. My rabbit gets her shots here and the vets are good to her.

Can't fault it the reception ladies can't do enough for you. Also the staff with your pets are amazing. Highly recommended for the price also.

New surgery looks fab, really modern. My dog is always made to feel special here. Reception area is much bigger now such that they have an area for dogs and a special area for cats - even got shelves for cats as apparently it keeps them calmer. Haven't been in the assessment room yet.
